O Jean foi um locatário exemplar muito educado comunicativo e sempre disponível. Tratou muito bem da carrinha e deixou tudo impecável no final do aluguer. Mesmo com pequenos imprevistos manteve sempre uma atitude tranquila e positiva. Foi um prazer recebê-lo e seria sem dúvida um cliente que voltaria a acolher. Recomendo totalmente.

Everything went well, Dimitri and friend were very friendly and careful. They left the van clean and organized. Highly recommended.

Marc and his wife were amongst the best guests we've ever had, they were super friendly, kind, easygoing and respectful. Comunication went smooth and they treated the van with the utmost care.I cannot recommend them enough. They will always be welcome to stay with us.

Hello Burak, first of all, thank you for your feedback, however, please allow me to make a few comments. I really appreciate the warning about the rear bed, as we were not aware of this. It may have happened in one of the previous rentals and was not reported. Regarding the window tape, we asked before the rental if you wanted to proceed with the rental given this situation, as we are awaiting delivery from the supplier. Regarding the batteries, we regret what happened. We had no way of predicting this situation, as we had several consecutive rentals without any problems. As soon as Burak reported the situation, we did everything in our power to resolve it. We offered the option of rescheduling the rental at no cost for the first day already used, and we ended up offering an extra day. The towels were indeed our fault, as I had to check the statement to see that towels had been requested. This is something we need to improve, but it could also be a good suggestion for Yescapa to improve the way it notifies renters when extras are ordered. We would also like to suggest that you could apply the same level of detail and exactingness to the renter's responsibilities, and you should have returned the caravan with an overall clean as you received it and without dirty dishes.

Foi uma experiencia muito boa. O veiculo estava irrepreensivel. Os proprietarios sao incriveis super sinpaticos e muito atenciosos. Aconcelho a 100 % a toda a gente.
