Correu lindamente. Desde o primeiro contacto, passando pelo momento de recepção, até o momento de entrega, a Patrícia e o Sérgio foram impecáveis. As condições da carrinha são top. Foi uma primeira experiência. Tudo era novidade. Pela primeira vez ter o contacto com uma viagem baseada na liberdade é fenomenal. Escolher um, ou mais, pontos de pernoita, quando e como nos apetece no momento é ideal para conseguir fazer uma ruptura com a azáfama laboral ao longo do ano. Assim, muito obrigado à TIMELESS SOUL VAN, à Patrícia e ao Sérgio, por esta possibilidade!...It ran beautifully. Everything was new. Having contact with a journey based on freedom for the first time is phenomenal. I do not recommend anyone renting a campervan to this person. He evades responsibility and invents situations to avoid paying the damages. He went to a festival, leaves a sunscreen open on a stormy day, then tells the insurance company with photos of the damage done the day before that everything was already broken. Curious in the check-in contract everything was ok but on delivery it says that the awning was already broken, after a 100% inspection... And of course the insurer takes advantage of not paying based on the response via email days after he was already home and after having received the amount of damages, but in the contract he assumes the error of the damages, someone forced him to sign the contract ?Watch out for insurance is what I say. He still has the cynicism of mentioning that he feels sorry for the insurance company because as he was going to pay the €400 deductible, he wanted to invent something to not pay... And what's the excuse? That I wanted to put campervan new.. With a broken bed, broken window, sunscreen ripped off.. Like a boss! . In short, in his view, I even had to pay him to use my motorhome. ****************************GUEST RESPONSE************************** De foto’s geven helemaal niet weer in welke toestand de camper zich bevindt. Het is een oude, afgeleefde camper. Antonio deed met ons een snelle controle, in het donker, enkel met gsm-lichtje. Binnenin hebben we niets overlopen. Pas bij daglicht was het duidelijk in welke erbarmelijke staat de camper was. (Foto’s beschikbaar wie ze wil zien.) We wilden daar verder geen punt van maken. De problemen begonnen toen de luifel afbrak (er waren geen touwen/haringen mee geleverd om hem zelf degelijk op te stellen.) Bij teruggave maakte Antonio een probleem van schade en slijtage die er al was, en wilde die op ons verhalen of het via de verzekering regelen. Op het schadeformulier duidde Antonio achteraf thuis zelf nog schade aan nadat we de papieren hadden ondertekend. In de discussie hierover was Antonio bijzonder agressief en dreigend. Ik vind ben bijzonder teleurgesteld dat dit zo verlopen is. Ik heb in het verleden al verschillende wagens en campers gehuurd, tem oldtimer VW busjes. En daarmee zijn nooit problemen geweest. Ik raad iedereen aan om goed te communiceren, recente foto’s te vragen, en de camper grondig met voldoende licht aan binnen-en buitenkant te controle. Ik heb dat jammer genoeg niet gedaan.

Autocaravana em ótimo estado, com ótimo espaço é bem confortável Foi uma viagem perfeita! E o Stephen sempre muito atencioso e explicou tudo sobre o funcionamento é sempre bem disposto!

Casal super simpático, já conheciam a dinâmica de como funcionam as Autocaravanas. Entregaram tudo certinho e deixaram a mesma conforme foi entregue.

Pessoas muito simpáticas e o aluguer correu muito bem. Foi um prazer fazer parte desta aventura.

We had an amazing week with the campervan. The owners gave us 5 stars service to make sure that we could have great time in Ibiza. The van was even better than our expectation. Thank you very much and for sure we will do it again !

Todo o processo foi excelente! Desde o esclarecimento de qualquer questão, antes mesmo de formalizado o aluguer, até às recomendações sobre lugares a visitar e a todo o apoio fornecido durante a viagem. Foi a primeira viagem de autocaravana e viajamos 2 adultos e 4 crianças e foi uma aventura inesquecível, de tal forma que já só pensamos em repetir. Não temos imagens para partilhar, mas as melhores memórias ficaram mesmo guardadas no coração!

O Rui foi extremamente impecavel, deixou a viatura toda limpinha. Levou um pequeno cão, e não estragou nada. Correu tudo lindamente, e voltaria a alugar a viatura ;)
