The vehicle was just as we expected and is good value for money. Sandra was really easy to deal with and over and above expectations. Nothing was too hard for her. My daughter recommended Sandra and Yescapa and we were happy to go with her recommendation. We were not disappointed!

Taras and Juliia were brilliant guests! A friendly and polite couple who took great care of our van, and allways very concerned in letting us know where they were camping (of their own free will). I would most certainly rent them our van again and similarly would 100% recommend them to other owners, your van will be in good hands!

A Marta foi muito simpática desde o início. Fiquei certo de que trataria bem a nossa autocaravana. Acontece que depois do primeiro dia de viagem, o depósito da água que arrefece o motor apresentou uma fuga. Então, parti de Lisboa e fui ter com a Marta a Vila Nova de Milfontes para ver se era possível consertar a autocaravana rapidamente. O mais seguro e sensato para as duas partes foi cancelar o aluguer e levar a autocaravana para a oficina, através da ativação do seguro. Em todo o processo, a Marta foi sempre cordial e compreensiva, nenhum de nós queria que este problema tivesse acontecido, mas é nestas situações que se vê realmente a personalidade das pessoas. Reagiu de forma calma, responsável e justa. Recomendamos totalmente.

First time renting a caravan and everything went super! Gonçalo was very helpful and available. We had an amazing trip, no issues, no problems.
